Wellbeing Wednesdays are back!

Welcome to Wellbeing Wednesday!

We hope you are all looking after your mental health and wellbeing at home.

We have lots of activities for you to get involved in over the next five weeks.

Keeping active is an essential part of looking after your wellbeing.

We will have past pupil Sean McCafferty of SR Fitness Belfast giving us an at home workout each week on our Facebook page.

If you are wanting something slower paced, meditation is an excellent addition to your daily self care.

Here is a little book of positivity filled with ideas of things you can do for your wellbeing.
